As a health psychologist, I take a holistic approach to mental health treatment. No two people are exactly the same; therefore, no two people have the same issues, skills, or supports. One of the main goals of therapy is to provide you with the coping skills you need to thrive.
My specialities are depression, anxiety disorders, and binge eating/emotional eating. I also enjoy helping individuals set boundaries with others, utilize assertiveness skills, and inspire self-care and compassion.
I offer a number of evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). I also provide biofeedback, which is an excellent tool that helps individuals with improving concentration and focus, promoting relaxation, and encourage emotional stability.
