Discover the Tools You Need to Feel More
Grounded, Connected, and Whole

Whether you are searching for a therapist, considering a psychological evaluation, or simply wondering whether therapy could help, taking this first step matters. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you are stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin.

My work is rooted in helping people understand themselves more deeply, rebuild trust in their own inner wisdom, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. I believe therapy should be more than a place to talk. It should also be a space where you feel seen, supported, challenged, and equipped with skills you can use in your everyday life.

If this sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

I love helping people learn, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Many people come to therapy having never been given a safe space to explore their emotions, understand their patterns, or learn healthy ways to cope. Others have spent years surviving, pushing through, or caring for everyone else while quietly losing touch with their own needs.
I frequently treat people who have

  • anxiety

  • burnout

  • ADHD

  • trauma

  • eating disorders

  • perfectionism

  • emotional overwhelm

  • people pleasing tendencies

  • chronic stress

  • relationship issues

Who I Work With

I work well with individuals who are willing to be reflective, curious, and open to learning more about themselves.

You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You simply need a willingness to be honest with yourself and engage in the process.

I am especially passionate about working with professionals, healthcare workers, therapists, healers, highly sensitive people, and individuals who often carry a great deal for others while struggling to care for themselves. I also work with young adults, college students, and student athletes to help with life transitions, social challenges, and more.

Many of my clients are seeking support during times of stress, transition, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship strain, or self-doubt.

Therapy That Is Supportive, Insightful, and Practical

When I meet with new clients, I often ask about their past therapy experiences. One answer I hear too often is, “I talked, they listened, but I didn’t really take anything away from it.

While feeling heard is essential, I believe therapy can offer more than listening alone.

As your therapist, I want to be fully present with you. I also want to help you understand what is happening beneath the surface, offer new perspectives, teach practical skills, and support you in making meaningful changes.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I value both emotional depth and real-life application.

What You Can Expect in Therapy

Therapy is a place to feel supported, but it is also a place to grow. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and develop tools that support lasting change to by helping you to:

  • Rebuild self-trust by learning to listen to your needs, process emotions, and set healthy boundaries

  • Explore your personal experiences, attachment patterns, and emotional reactions

  • Develop coping skills for stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional regulation

  • Gain insight into patterns that may be keeping you stuck

  • Learn breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, cognitive reframing, grounding techniques

Psychological Evaluations

I am also trained in conducting psychological evaluations. Evaluations can help clarify diagnoses, identify underlying patterns, and guide treatment recommendations.

While diagnosis may be part of the process, you are more than a label.

A thoughtful evaluation can help you better understand your strengths, your areas for growth, and how different parts of your life, history, personality, emotions, and coping patterns are connected.

What You Can Expect in a Psychological Evaluation

A psychological evaluation can help you:

  • Explore possible root causes of emotional, behavioral, or relational concerns

  • Gain insight into your personality style and coping patterns

  • Understand how early experiences may continue to affect your current well-being

  • Identify strengths, challenges, and contributing factors

  • Receive individualized recommendations or academic accommodations based on your specific needs
