Biofeedback is an effective tool for promoting relaxation, focus, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Using a program called HeartMath, you learn to monitor your heart rate variability and reach a balanced state which is referred to as "coherence". HeartMath uses a pulse sensor that shows real-time feedback about your heart rate. The program has several interactive exercises and games to help you build resilience and find "coherence" through optimal breathing and relaxation strategies.
